Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience.
• 3+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 5+ members.
• Bachelor's degree.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Understand AWS & Transportation billing processes and guide customers.
• Manage a portfolio of customer receivables to maximize cash flow.
• Prepare insightful reports for the receivables management team.
• Oversee the full cycle of past due accounts and reconciliations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely receivables.
• Maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Interact with public sector accounts and build relationships.
• Develop and enforce global policies and continuous improvement.
