All In One Accounting seeks a Managing Director to lead the Nonprofit Practice, owning client relationships and the full P&L with a CFO team. You will drive practice growth, ensure audit readiness, and maintain governance across the book of nonprofit clients.

You’ll partner with BD to define target profiles, and mentor CFOs to deliver client outcomes at scale. The successful candidate will have extensive nonprofit accounting leadership experience, CPA preferred, and a track record of building

Responsibilities

• Own the full client portfolio of the Nonprofit Practice, overseeing retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
• Lead the LMA framework for the practice, hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
• Own the Practice P&L, develop annual plans, and drive profitability and growth.
• Build thought leadership, partnerships, and external reputation for the nonprofit practice.
• Internal responsibilities include time tracking, capacity planning, and EOS discipline.
