Job summary

All In One Accounting is seeking a Managing Director to own and lead the Nonprofit Practice, a business unit serving social service agencies, foundations, and membership bodies. You will lead CFOs who own their client books, drive growth, and be accountable for the full P&L of the practice.

The successful candidate will have 12–15+ years in nonprofit accounting, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of nonprofit GAAP and grant compliance, with CPA preferred and EOS experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred).
• Experience in multi-client or Client Accounting Services environment strongly preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive nonprofit accounting and financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full nonprofit practice P&L — revenue, costs, profitability, budgeting.
• Lead a team of CFOs who own their books of nonprofit clients.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent across the practice.
• Set direction, drive growth, and ensure high client outcomes at scale.
• Maintain EOS LMA accountability for team health and outcomes.
• Develop career pathways for CFOs, Senior Controllers, and Accountants.
