Job summary

All In One Accounting seeks a Senior Nonprofit Controller to lead the most complex nonprofit engagements, mentor Controllers, and shape standards for the nonprofit practice. You will be client-facing, highly advisory, and deeply invested in team development.

Required are a strong background in nonprofit fund accounting, GAAP financial reporting, and extensive leadership. This role emphasizes mentoring, process improvement, and delivering strategic insights to client leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s most complex nonprofit engagements with multi-entity funding.
• Mentor Controllers and support nonprofit delivery team development.
• Own audit preparation processes and liaise with auditors.
• Provide financial insights to Executive Directors and Finance Committees.
• Implement robust internal controls across client accounts.
• Drive nonprofit accounting process improvements.
