DealHub Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations for a mission-driven nonprofit organization.

This leadership role partners with the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors to ensure financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and effective management of nonprofit funding. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO or senior finance leader in nonprofit.
• Strong nonprofit, fund accounting, and grant compliance expertise.
• Experience managing audits, government funding, and complex reporting.
• Knowledge of FASB and nonprofit accounting standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee financial operations, accounting policies, internal controls, and capital planning.
• Manage annual audits, external auditors, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee grant accounting, government contracts, and restricted/unrestricted funding.
• Monitor financial performance across programs and service lines.
• Partner with executive leadership and the Board Finance Committee on strategic decisions.
• Strengthen billing, collections, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting processes.
