DealHub Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide financial strategy, accounting, treasury, FP&A, compliance, and risk management.

The CFO will partner with the CEO, Board, funders, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and fiscal discipline while supporting community-focused initiatives. The role emphasizes transforming financial infrastructure, improving reporting, and maintaining strong governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior executive finance role.
• Broad expertise across financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, FP&A, treasury, compliance, risk management, governance.
• Experience in nonprofit/community development or mission-driven environments preferred.
• Proven success building scalable financial infrastructure and high-performing teams.

• Translate organizational objectives into a clear financial roadmap.
