Job summary

Orange Business seeks an Acquisition Director to secure large new logo contracts and drive growth across the Americas. You will cultivate relationships beyond IT and telecom, coordinating with IT partners and marketing to win multi-million-dollar opportunities.

The role requires a strategic mindset, a track record of closing high-value deals, and experience with complex managed services. Hybrid work options and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
10+ years selling to large multinational customers.
5+ years selling large complex managed services and outsourcing contracts to new logo customers.
Pursuit-lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Secure new logo contracts valued over $20M with assigned target accounts.
Build deep relationships within target accounts across levels and business units.
Collaborate with IT partners to strengthen business development.
Develop and maintain strategic account plans and guide pursuit campaigns.
Close at least one new logo deal per year with high TCV and align with team objectives.
