AAA Smart Business Security in Bancroft, CA is seeking a results-driven B2B field sales professional to build a regional commercial territory. You will self-generate opportunities, navigate complex buying processes, and close multi-stakeholder deals across office, retail, and industrial segments.

You will partner with Sales Engineers for design and validation, manage CRM efficiently, and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven outbound B2B consultative sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with ability to self-generate business.
• Strong consultative discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Understand contract margins, pricing, and monthly recurring revenue.
• Proficient CRM usage for disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities
