Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a high-energy, results-driven sales professional to own a regional commercial security portfolio. You will build and manage a robust pipeline, engage C-suite and business owners, and close multi-factor security solutions across intrusions, cloud video surveillance, and access control.

In this growth-focused role, you will travel across the seven-state territory, develop relationships with commercial leaders, and translate complex needs into measurable business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in outbound B2B sales with a track record of hitting quotas.
• Proven ability to self-generate business through prospecting and networking.
• Strong discovery, negotiation and closing skills with executives and business owners.
• Understanding of monthly recurring revenue economics and pricing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to target high-value commercial accounts across the region.
• Proactively prospect through outbound calls, field outreach, networking, and events to build a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering for design validation while focusing on strategy and closing.
• Deliver integrated building-security solutions including intrusion, video, access control, and monitoring.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery to proposal, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and participate in forecast reviews and strategy sessions.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to revenue leadership.
