AAA Smart Business Security is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to build and own a 7-state regional book of business. You will hunt for opportunities, map stakeholders, and craft compelling, value-driven proposals for integrated security solutions.

Collaborate with Sales Engineering, leverage the AAA brand, and manage cycles from discovery through close, aligning with executives and facility leaders to protect people and assets. This role blends strategy, selling, and field activity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outbound B2B sales with a proven quota track record.
• Hunter mentality with self-generated opportunities.
• Executive-level discovery, presentation, negotiation with stakeholders.
• Understanding of Monthly Recurring Revenue (RMR) and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across assigned regions.
• Prospect actively through outbound calls, field activity, networking and partnerships.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery to contract execution with Sales Engineers support.
