Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a seasoned consultant to apply subject‑matter expertise across high‑risk, complex initiatives. You will support senior management, lead critical projects from concept through readiness to implementation, and influence cross‑functional teams to align with strategic objectives.

In this role you will manage relationships with internal and external partners, develop communications, and mentor a small staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related work experience in Healthcare, Network Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand strategic direction of business unit and organization.
• Provide consultative support to management within strategic objectives.
• Lead complex initiatives from concept to operational readiness and implementation.
• Design and develop tools, systems, or processes impacting business decisions.
• Advise on options, risks, costs, and impacts on processes, systems, and people.
• Learn current processes quickly to design optimal future state.
• Manage relationships across technology and business stakeholders, from peers to executives.
• Communicate effectively; create documentation and present to all levels.
• Analyze data to identify high-value initiatives; oversee reporting and evaluation.
• Mentor others and potentially lead a small team.
