Job summary

Florida Blue in Florida is seeking a senior implementation lead to drive large group implementations and renewals for Local 100+, Public and Natl/Major Accounts segments. You will coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, EM&B and other internal partners to ensure timely and successful implementations and renewals.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills, with a hybrid work arrangement and competitive pay including benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience in large group implementations or healthcare programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience required.
• Licensed to sell health and life insurance (2-15) upon hire or as applicable in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NLGP implementations for 100+ group accounts and renewals.
• Coordinate timelines with internal and external partners to ensure timely implementations.
• Develop and monitor project plans, communications, and status reports.
