The role emphasizes executive presence, collaboration with senior leaders, and the ability to drive strategic solutions while mentoring teams and managing multiple projects on a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; degree equivalency may apply with additional experience.
PAHM certification within 1 year of hire is preferred.
4+ years in organizational development or business analysis or related consulting roles.
Strong ability to use financial tools/techniques to support decisions.

Responsibilities

Conducts in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of cross-functional processes to provide data for tactical decisions.
Identifies, evaluates, and quantifies business solutions or opportunities for leaders.
Synthesizes internal and external information to propose strategic solutions to complex issues.
Lead teams and manage multiple projects, negotiating deadlines and directing staff.
