The position emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and rigorous program management across multiple concurrent projects within an enterprise portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical coordination point for enterprise-scale projects and initiatives (e.g., enterprise-wide mandate compliance and large-scale platform changes).
• Lead teams in managing and facilitating the delivery and implementation of project/program scope.
• Manage multiple projects that are part of an enterprise portfolio or program.
• Ensure alignment with strategic direction and goals.
• Create portfolio/project status reports for executive level representation.
• Frequently lead other team members on complex projects.
• Develop plans for identifying, engaging, and communicating with stakeholders to set consistent expectations.
