Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience.
• Florida Health and Life Insurance License (2-15) upon hire.
• Experience with large-group implementations and sales processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PC-based software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple duties and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large group implementations and renewals.
• Coordinate pre-builds, planning, and timelines with partners.
• Oversee pre-calculation, final rating, and implementation of sales processes.
• Develop implementation plans and prioritize activities.
• Communicate with internal partners; track progress and issues.
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support post-implementation review and continuous improvement.
