The role focuses on negotiating provider contracts, building strategic partnerships, and guiding initiatives across large geographies to support sales and membership growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of network development experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing and negotiating major provider contracts.
• Strong analytical skills to identify business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grows and retains business through competitive network access and quality.
• Develops partnerships with strategic providers for market-leading discounts and offerings.
• Leads initiatives guiding network development activities to enhance competitive standing.
• Oversees provider contracting to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and laws.
• Develops and executes a network development plan for the region and oversees a team to secure provider agreements.
• Evaluates and monitors providers' performance and contract financials.
• Supports Sales teams to win business and grow membership.
• Oversees all provider negotiations ensuring alignment with guidelines and targets.
