Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of experience with 3+ years of management.
• Proven track record managing and negotiating major provider contracts.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grows and retains business through competitive network access and quality.
• Develops partnerships with providers to secure favorable discount and cost positions.
• Leads network development strategies to improve competitive standing.
• Oversees provider contracting for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Develops regional network plans and leads a team to secure provider agreements.
• Evaluates providers' performance and contract financials.
• Supports Sales to win business and grow membership.
• Oversees provider negotiations aligned with guidelines and targets.
• Leads enterprise initiatives on network management.
