Delta Dental of California is seeking a Director of Network Development to coordinate and lead nationwide network development activities for the Western region, driving strategic growth and competitive market positioning in terms of access, quality, and cost.
The role focuses on negotiating provider contracts, building strategic partnerships, and guiding initiatives across large geographies to support sales and membership growth.
The Director Network Development is responsible for coordinating, negotiating and handling activities of the network development functions across the country for all networks for the assigned region. The Director is accountable for strategic growth and maintenance of networks to ensure competitive market positioning with regards to access, quality and cost.
This role supports customers and business needs across the Western region of the United States.
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. Pay Grade 23. $107,444 - $232,795
