You will lead negotiations, monitor performance, and work with sales teams to win business and expand membership. Strong leadership and 12+ years experience required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years with Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years management experience
• Proven track record managing and negotiating major provider contracts
• Analytical skills to identify and evaluate solutions

Responsibilities

• Grows and retains business through competitive network access and quality.
• Develops partnerships with strategic providers for discount and cost positions.
• Leads network development strategies to enhance competitive standing.
• Oversees provider contracting to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
• Develops and executes a regional network development plan and oversees provider agreements.
• Evaluates providers' performance and contract financials.
• Supports Sales teams to win business and grow membership.
• Oversees provider negotiations and alignments with guidelines.
