CIRCOR is seeking a strategic sales leader to direct Account Managers serving U.S. Navy and defense portfolios. You will shape growth across platforms, drive capture, and build long-term customer relationships.

You will own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and strategy development, while guiding a team in a matrixed environment and representing the company to primes, shipyards, and government partners.

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead Account Managers representing the U.S. Navy and defense portfolio.
• Drive growth through expansion on existing platforms, new platform penetration, and competitive displacement initiatives.
• Develop account strategies that strengthen customer relationships and uncover future opportunities.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity reviews, and capture planning.
• Lead Voice of Customer and market intelligence activities and communicate findings to leadership.
• Establish sales objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Represent the company with defense customers, primes, shipyards, acquisition organizations, and strategic partners.
