GMRE Inc. is seeking an Executive Program Manager to lead a high-visibility NAVAIR contract across multiple sites, overseeing cost, schedule, technical, quality, and workforce performance.

You will manage prime relationships with CO, COR, and TPOC, and drive task orders from capture through closeout. The role requires extensive DoD acquisition experience, CPFF/IDQ management, secret/Top Secret security clearance, and strong executive communication skills to coordinate across program offices and

Competenze

• MS or MA in Business, Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 12+ years in Defense acquisition with Navy experience; 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI within 90 days of start.
• CPFF cost-control experience and CPARS performance ratings.
• Ability to lead multi-site programs and ensure program governance.

Mansioni

• Serve as prime contractor's single authoritative representative to CO/COR and program office.
• Direct task-order capture, negotiation, execution, and closeout across IDIQ portfolio.
• Own contract compliance with FAR/DFARS and CDIRLs and related deliverables.
• Lead monthly government reviews, weekly internal reviews, and incident notifications.
• Direct program cost, schedule, and performance management and EAC discipline.
• Oversee workforce strategy, hiring, retention, and transition to government roles.
