Job summary

Solvere Technical Group seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to direct personnel actions, brief the COR on financial health, and drive overall program success. The role oversees tasking, staffing, and reviews, while ensuring timely COR reporting and coordination with senior engineers and managers.

The candidate should have extensive engineering management experience, naval shipbuilding/overhaul exposure, and a background with FMS programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science, business, or financial management.
• 20 years of engineering management experience, incl. 5+ years in naval shipbuilding/overhaul.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct personnel actions for the program team and oversee all program tasking.
• Brief COR on the program's financial health and overall program success.
• Attend monthly meetings and biennial/biannual program reviews.
• Directly manage key program leaders and respond to COR requests promptly.
