Job summary

SA-TECH, a DoD contractor, seeks an elite Executive Program Manager to oversee a high-value, multi-year weapons and systems integration contract at NAWS China Lake. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and senior stakeholders across Navy IPTs, ensuring program success.

The role requires 12+ years in defense acquisition/program management, including Navy experience, with EVMS/IMS proficiency and active clearance. A leadership-driven, strategic thinker is essential.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Business, Management or relevant technical discipline.
• Substitution: BS/BA +4 years relevant exp.
• 12+ years in Defense Acquisition, 3+ years Navy Acquisition mgmt.
• 12+ years defense program management on Navy/NAVAIR programs.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with multi-site execution (China Lake, Point Mugu, Eglin) preferred.
• PMP or DAWIA III in PM desirable.
• Proficiency with EVMS, IMS, and federal contracting software.
• Excellent briefing and executive presence to brief senior officers.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance; TS preferred.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Contractual Governance: Maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance accountability.
• Financial Management: Command multi-million dollar program budgets, use EVMS for health metrics.
• Stakeholder Interface: Primary corporate contact for PCO and COR.
• Operational Leadership: Guide and mentor a diverse engineering and logistics team.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify, track, and mitigate risks for zero-defect mission execution.
