Job summary

GMRE seeks a Program Manager to serve as the prime contractor's single point of accountability for a multi-site NAVAIR effort. The role directs cost, schedule, technical performance, and workforce across NAWCWD China Lake, Det Eglin, and Edwards AFB, ensuring CPARS compliance and strong customer relations.

You will lead contract governance, risk, and quality activities, coordinate with COR, PO, and IPTs, and oversee subcontracts, HR, and security functions to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• MS or MA in Business, Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Substitution: BS/BA with 4 years of extra experience may replace MS/MA.
• At least twelve years in Defense acquisition; 3 years in Navy acquisition mgmt; 3 years supervisory.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI within 90 days; SAP access eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prime contractor accountability for cost, schedule, technical, quality, and workforce across multi-site program.
• Direct task order capture, execution, surveillance, and closeout across IDIQ portfolio.
• Own CPARS cost-control and labor rate adherence; manage government interfaces.
