Job summary

Sptrm is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-project efforts supporting SAF/AQ at a contractor facility near the Pentagon. You will act as the primary liaison between the contractor, the CO and COR, and oversee planning, budgeting, and performance across all contract work areas.

The role requires a Master’s degree, PMP and DAWIA Advanced, and a Secret clearance, with at least five years of program management experience.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business or Engineering required.
PMP certification; DAWIA Program Management (Advanced)
Security Clearance: Secret

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing across contract work areas.
Formulate, communicate, and enforce quality work standards across the program.
Monitor progress on all tasks and resolve issues affecting delivery.
Ensure ongoing compliance with administrative and contractual requirements.
Serve as single point of contact for CO and COR; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
Oversee staffing stability, vacancies, substitutions, and surge requirements.
Prepare and present PMR materials quarterly with burn rate and staffing status.
