Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Strategic Account Manager with strong Navy relationships to drive growth across Buildings, Water, and Environment. You will lead Navy-focused strategies, position opportunities, and collaborate with federal teams to win contracts and manage task orders.

This role requires frequent client engagement and a proactive approach to expanding Arcadis' presence in federal markets, leveraging diverse capabilities to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to grow client accounts.
• Significant presence in the Defense/Federal Sector with senior client development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PE or PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Navy Account Leader to sell One Arcadis across Buildings, Water, Environment.
• Develop and improve client growth plans and pursuit strategies for key clients.
• Collaborate across Arcadis business areas to support a diversified federal client portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities in Navy/DoD programs and negotiate teaming arrangements.
• Lead opportunity positioning, including team development and proposal leadership.
• Drive new business development, oversee task order pipeline, and contract administration.
• Partner with contract/program execution teams to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Defense Sector leadership for Navy growth strategy and investment areas.
• Engage regularly with clients through in-person meetings and market events.
