Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Strategic Account Manager in Virginia to foster relationships across US Navy divisions. The successful candidate will drive growth through a multidisciplined approach and support the DoD account leadership team.

Key responsibilities include developing client strategies, leading proposal teams, and ensuring project delivery. Candidates should possess strong client development skills and ideally hold a Bachelor's degree, PE or PMP certifications.

Qualifications

• Significant account leadership capability with a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience as a senior client developer in the Defense/Federal Sector.
• Excellent communication skills to present Arcadis’ value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Navy Account Leader to sell Arcadis across our Business Areas.
• Develop and improve client growth plans for assigned key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate teaming arrangements.
