Arcadis, a global design, engineering and consultancy leader, seeks a Strategic Account Manager in Virginia Beach to drive Navy and Dod growth across Buildings, Water, and Environment. You will lead cross-portfolio pursuits, shape growth plans, and coordinate with contract and execution teams to secure multiyear opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates significant account leadership capability and a track record of growing client accounts.
• Strong experience in the Defense/Federal sector with senior client development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic commercial drive and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Navy Account Leader to sell across Arcadis’ Buildings, Water, Environment business areas.
• Develop and implement client growth plans and pursuit strategies for key Navy divisions.
• Lead opportunity positioning, bid leadership, and contract administration for new contracts and task orders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

PE licensure or PMP certification
