Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a National Training Manager to design and deliver compliant training for the Retail FRM organization, partnering with L&D leadership and franchise teams. You will build credibility, leverage existing platforms, and tailor coaching to individual needs, including developing regional trainers for ongoing learning.

This role focuses on strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration across AbbVie's Patient Services footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience developing learning content on PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and iSpring.
• 3+ years in pharma field as Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager or similar training role.
• Proven ability to lead projects with regional or national impact in a commercial setting.
• Strong track record of high performance and business-aligned training initiatives.
• Ability to partner with leaders at all levels and align training with strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant training solutions for the FRM organization.
• Build credible relationships with stakeholders through regular interaction and feedback.
• Leverage Learning and Development platforms and existing content to avoid duplication.
• Communicate openly with stakeholders to foster alignment and trust.
• Provide actionable verbal and written feedback to participants on performance.
• Assess learner levels and tailor coaching to individual needs.
• Develop Guest/Regional Trainers and assign roles during foundational and ongoing training.
• Integrate training activities into franchise business plans using stakeholder insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support special projects within Training.
• Mentor other NTMs and promote teamwork and positive peer relations.
• Execute responsibilities with limited guidance from senior leadership.
