Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a National Training Manager to design and deliver compliant learning solutions for Oncology FRM training, aligning Training and Development with Franchise Strategy and stakeholder needs.

The role requires strong facilitation, coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build guest trainers and regional trainers while advancing learning platforms and participant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.
• 3+ years in pharma with access/reimbursement or related training experience.
• Experience leading regional or national projects and collaborations.
• Ability to integrate trends, brand strategies and marketplace drivers into training.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver compliant learning solutions for oncology FRM training.
• Build trust with stakeholders through regular interaction and feedback.
• Leverage LMS and existing platforms to avoid duplicative efforts.
• Provide actionable feedback to participants and adjust coaching to individuals.
• Develop regional guest/trainers and align training with business plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor other trainers.
