Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a National Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of training solutions for a field sales organization. You will ensure training aligns with Brand Strategy and drive performance improvements through coaching and program leadership.

The role requires building strong relationships across stakeholders, coaching National Field Trainers, and managing cross-functional training initiatives to support commercial goals within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years field sales experience or 2+ years sales training experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (CFR 210/211) and cGMP is expected.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions for field teams.
• Builds stakeholder relationships and coordinates training programs.
• Leverages L&D platforms to integrate training into brand plans.
• Provides coaching to trainers and participants to improve performance.
• Leads cross-functional training initiatives and special projects.
