Job summary

ABBVIE is seeking a National Training Manager to support Access and Reimbursement Training for the Retail Field Reimbursement Manager organization. The role emphasizes designing practical, compliant training solutions and building strong stakeholder relationships across levels of the organization.

The NTM will lead onboarding, coaching, and development of trainers, leveraging existing platforms to maximize learning outcomes and align training with franchise strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering compliant training solutions.
• Proven ability to partner with management across levels.
• Knowledge of pharma access and reimbursement landscape.
• Experience with LMS and content creation tools.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities
