Qualifications

Understanding of Adult Learning Principles.
Proven experience using learning platforms (PowerPoint, Rise Articulate, iSpring).
3+ years field pharma experience as Account Exec or FRM.
Experience leading projects with regional or national impact.
Strong track record in commercial organizations and stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions.
Builds trust with key stakeholders through regular interaction.
Leverages existing L&D platforms to limit duplication.
Provides candid feedback to training participants for performance improvement.
Develops Guest Trainers/Regional Trainers for foundational and ongoing learning.
Leads cross-functional initiatives and special projects within training.
