Job summary

The Siegel Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our nationwide, multi-entity organization. This role supports a diverse portfolio of hiring needs from hospitality and operations to corporate roles.

As a trusted partner to hiring managers, you will develop sourcing strategies, own requisitions, conduct rigorous screenings, and drive candidate quality to fill high-volume and leadership positions across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring across high-volume and professional roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills, including direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Ability to build credibility with leaders, communicate candidly, and influence decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and modern recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake to offer and final disposition.
• Recruit across hospitality, operations, marketing, finance, technology, and leadership roles."
• Develop role-specific sourcing strategies using Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other boards.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and assessments to present well-vetted candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and provide regular pipeline updates.
