Job summary

The Siegel Group Nevada seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse, nationwide organization across hospitality, property management, and corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers through close. The role requires 3–5 years of full-cycle experience and strong relationship skills across operations, marketing, finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience across multiple functions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into recruiting plans.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake to offer and onboarding.
• Source across property, hospitality, and corporate roles using proactive outreach.
• Screen, interview, and present well-vetted candidates with clear recommendations.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to leaders.
