Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Seven (7) years sales experience in Financial Services with demonstrated leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with peers, cross functional counterparts, and line of business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and strategize on the development of new products (emphasis on non municipal products).
• Assist with the marketing and sales direction and strategy.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Participate in New Business Committee meetings.
• Report sales progress and results directly to management.
• Strategize with management on new opportunities, products and overall vision of CT.
• Monitor own sales pipeline.
• Attend industry related conferences.
