Job summary

SERVCON is seeking a Senior Director of National Accounts and Operations to lead the people, strategy, and performance behind our national customer portfolio. This hands-on senior leadership role will develop account leaders, strengthen executive relationships, and drive profitable growth across complex facility maintenance programs.

You will coach 5-8 Key Account Managers, manage portfolio health and revenue growth, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver a consistent customer

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience in national accounts or multi-site B2B environments.
Experience leading account managers across large accounts.
Strong financial judgment with revenue, gross profit, forecasting, pricing.
Ability to establish operating systems and accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop 5-8 Key Account Managers and build the next Account Director layer.
Own health, retention, growth, and profitability of SERVCON's national accounts.
Create portfolio priorities with actionable strategy, stakeholder map, operating plan, growth plan, and risk plan.
Provide executive-level customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
Escalation point for major customer concerns and operational risks.
