Confidential is seeking a National Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations across a national client portfolio in the United States. The role emphasizes account management, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality service with a strong focus on employee experience.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, drive process improvements, and ensure performance goals are met across multi-site operations while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, operations, security, loss prevention, or a related field, preferably within a national or regional environment.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts and working directly with executives and senior-level decision-makers.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, with the ability to evaluate trends, customer needs, operational performance, and business results.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Partner with field and corporate teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
