Harvest Group seeks a Walmart Grocery National Account Manager to drive omni-channel relationships, set strategic direction, and execute best-in-class practices to meet profitability goals for our client partners. You will maintain close communication with retailer partners and internal teams to translate needs into action.

The role requires 3–5 years of CPG Walmart experience, strong forecasting, and proven negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of current consumer packaged goods account management experience working with Walmart
• Experience supporting consumables brands is a plus
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with item-level forecasting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Align client and company strategy with the retail account’s direction and goals
• Build and maintain relationships with all levels of the retail customer
• Oversee product listings, opportunities for new business, and launches
• Develop strategies to grow customers and categories profitably
• Create monthly sales and demand forecasts
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization
• Prepare sales presentations for Walmart and Sam’s Club
• Monitor industry trends and retailer account changes
• Perform other duties as assigned
