Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a National Accounts Manager for a metals recycling client in Dallas, TX. You will lead onboarding, growth, and long-term management of strategic industrial accounts, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance to optimize profitability.

The role requires experience with ferrous and nonferrous metals, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel, ERP, and CRM systems to drive process improvements and account performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have experience in metals recycling, scrap metal, metals manufacturing, or a heavy industrial environment.
• Must have strategic account management experience.
• Must have leadership experience.
• 5+ years in industrial commercial, industrial sales, strategic accounts, or account management.
• Experience with ferrous and nonferrous metals.
• Experience with onboarding, account implementation, and long-term management.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance.
• Develop standardized commercial processes for the sales organization.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic industrial customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for key industrial customers.
• Partner with commercial leadership to support growth, retention, and profitability.
• Lead all aspects of new customer account onboarding.
