Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to lead strategic industrial customer accounts within metals recycling. You will drive onboarding, manage cross-functional collaboration, and grow profitability across ferrous and nonferrous metals sectors.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial account management, leadership experience, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in industrial sales or strategic accounts.
• Experience in metals recycling, scrap metal, or heavy industry.
• Experience with customer onboarding and long-term account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate liaison among Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance.
• Develop standardized commercial processes for the sales team.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic industrial accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for key industrial customers.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics and operating costs.
• Monitor metal markets and pricing affecting accounts.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Utilize ERP, CRM and Excel to manage data and reporting.
