The role requires 1–3 years in business or operations, flexibility to relocate after the program, and strong communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years business or operations experience (can include intern experience).
• Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location.
• Leadership skills in professional, educational, and/or social experiences.
• Buying/selling skill and product knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to travel within assigned region and other areas as needed.
• Must have effective listening and verbal skills to identify important information and to engage with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Purchases scrap metal materials in accordance with current market conditions based on pricing standards/models established by Company policy
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Develops the growth of business activities and profit with assigned accounts
• Maintains accurate records of all buying/sourcing and prospecting activities including closed sales and follow-up activities
