Job summary

You will manage a portfolio, develop packaging solutions, coordinate with estimating, service and production teams, travel to meet clients, and work toward revenue targets while leveraging RFID/packaging capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in folding cartons, packaging, printing, or related manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of packaging production processes, including print, die-cutting, finishing operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the folding carton market
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts
• Develop an understanding of customers' packaging needs and propose folding carton solutions
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, and production teams to ensure accurate quoting and on-time delivery
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and samples to clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Travel as needed to meet clients, trade shows, and production facilities
