Job summary

Frankston Packaging Co. is seeking a National Account Manager focused on Frankston Cartons and Design, a strategic, relationship-driven seller who thrives on solving packaging challenges.

You will prospect and manage a portfolio, understand customers' needs, and collaborate with estimating, service, and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and on-time delivery. Travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in folding cartons, packaging, printing, or related manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of packaging production processes (print, die-cutting, finishing).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the folding carton market.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Develop an understanding of customers' packaging needs and recommend folding carton solutions.
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, and production teams for accurate quoting and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and samples to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Travel as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit facilities.
