Job summary

Frankston Packaging Company is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our flexible packaging and label business and strengthen customer relationships across the territory.

You will prospect and secure new opportunities, manage a growing portfolio of accounts, understand customers' needs, collaborate with estimating, service, and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and on-time delivery, and travel as needed to meet clients and attend trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging, labels, printing, or related manufacturing
• Strong understanding of flexible packaging and label production processes is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the flexible packaging and label markets
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts
• Develop a thorough understanding of customers' packaging and labeling needs and recommend appropriate flexible packaging or label solutions
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, and production teams to ensure accurate quoting and on‑time delivery
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and sample materials to prospective and current clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the company's CRM
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals
• Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit production facilities
