Frankston Packaging Company, a multi-site packaging manufacturer, seeks a driven Sales Representative to grow our flexible packaging and label business and strengthen customer relationships across the territory. You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, and collaborate with production and estimating to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging, labels, printing, or related manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of flexible packaging and label production processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the flexible packaging and label markets.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Develop understanding of customers' packaging and labeling needs and recommend solutions (pouches, rollstock, shrink sleeves, labels).
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, and production teams to ensure accurate quoting and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and sample materials to prospective and current clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Travel as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit production facilities.
