Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and operationalizes marketing strategies to promote leasing.
• Manages a large regional portfolio to maximize lease originations.
• Develops and maintains quality customer relationships.
• Understands the customer's needs from a technical as well as a financial perspective.
• Develops relationships with new customers.
• Understands the economics of lease transactions.
• Proposes creative product and financial alternatives to satisfy objectives.
• Participates in vendor plant tours, seminars, applicable training, industry associations, and customer briefings to maintain knowledge of products, product trends and to reaffirm relationships with customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
