Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Program Manager to oversee North America customer programs from our Customer Execution & Programs Office. You will coordinate with sponsors, commercial and project teams to define goals, develop plans, and drive execution in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management, program management, customer delivery, supply chain, or operations experience.
• Experience supporting strategic accounts, complex customer programs, or multi-site delivery portfolios.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across project delivery, order management, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, commercial, or technical functions.
• PMP certification or PMI methodologies knowledge preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no immigration sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NAM delivery coordination lead for a strategic customer account with clear ownership and execution alignment.
• Lead delivery governance routines, including reviews, action tracking, escalation management, reporting cadence, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate program-level visibility across intake, readiness, manufacturing commitments, shipment readiness, risks, milestones, and actions.
• Partner with Project Managers, Order Entry, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, deployment, technical and commercial teams to resolve risks.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, escalations with clear owners, due dates, and leadership-ready updates.
• Support process improvements, trackers, dashboards, and operating model standards for better visibility and scalability.
