Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to manage complex customer projects from order receipt through delivery and post-sale support. You will serve as the primary point of contact among customers, distributors, contractors, manufacturing facilities, and internal sales teams to ensure successful project execution and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination, project management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting customer-facing projects in manufacturing, electrical distribution, construction, industrial, or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer projects from purchase order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and post-sale support.
• Conduct project handoff meetings with sales teams and assume responsibility for project execution.
• Coordinate with distributors, contractors, and customers regarding project status, timelines, and requirements.
• Manage shipment schedules, change orders, and material modifications.
• Communicate customer requirements to manufacturing facilities and production teams.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays.
• Resolve order issues, escalations, and project-related challenges.
• Manage customer expectations and provide timely project updates.
• Support successful project completion while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track and manage a high volume of active projects simultaneously.
