Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience with KPI reporting or performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI and OTM.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage transportation KPIs (OTD, CpT, savings, SLAs).
• Analyze performance trends and root causes; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare regular performance reporting and support reviews with stakeholders.
• Track action plans and ownership to ensure targets are met.
